Day 2 – Okavango Delta
Spend the day exploring the Okavango in the company of your experienced guide. Head out in a traditional mokoro, a dug out canoe propelled by punt, to discover the waterways and small islands of the delta. Amongst the beautiful scenery keep an eye out for hippo and crocodile by the water’s edge, antelope and zebra on the banks and numerous species of bird, such as jacanas and kingfisher.
Pull up ashore on one of the islands for a bush walk where you will track game and learn about the ecology of the region – truly a walk on the wild side! Back at camp end the day with tales around the campfire and a beautiful delta sunset

Day 3 – Okavango Delta
Depending on the season, take a change of transport today and head out for a 4×4 game drive. In the northern Okavango there are larger expanses of grasslands and mopane woodlands, punctured by lagoons and river tributaries. Elephant, giraffe, zebra , wildebeest, kudu and red lechwe sightings are common, though your guide will also seek out predators, including lion, leopard and the more elusive wild dog.
In between game activities, relax back at camp, under the dappled shade of the Sycamore fig, jackleberry and rain tress or enjoy a dip in the pool. Throughout your stay, you will be well fed with hearty meals in the company of your fellow guests.

Day 4 – Chobe National Park
After breakfast head to the Kadizora Airstrip for your flight to Kasane, from which you can observe the wetlands of the Okavango give way to the rolling savannah of Savuti and forests and floodplains of Chobe National Park.
On arrival into Kasane in the far northeast of Botswana, travel by road to Chobe Safari Lodge for a two night stay. Located on the banks of the Chobe River with easy access to the National Park, the lodge offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony or patio views over expansive riverside lawns, almost never without a wandering warthog!
Time permitting, head out for an afternoon game drive in Chobe National Park, world famous for its large elephant population, stunning scenery and incredible sunsets.
