About Your Safari Lodge
The camp overlooks the Maunachira River which flows through Xakanaxa Lagoon and comprises of seven ‘masasas’ which translates as ‘reed house’, reflecting their distinct high curved roofs made from reeds.
Guests can enjoy watching the numerous bird species and other wildlife from their raised decks whilst not out exploring the delta by vehicle or motorboat. There is a spacious fire deck along the water’s edge for evenings around the fireplace and a plunge pool to cool off in during those hot afternoons.

The Masasa tents have distinct curved roofs and come with indoor and outdoor showers, fan and safe.
