When are the South Africa v England ODI’s?
England Men’s Cricket Team will tour South Africa between December 2026 and January 2027, playing three Test Matches and three ODIs.
South Africa v England Test Match Series 2026/27:
- 1st Test – 17th – 21st December, Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg
- 2nd Test – 26th – 30th December, SuperSport Park, Centurion (near Pretoria)
- 3rd Test – 3th – 7th January, Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town
South Africa v England ODI Series 2027:
- 1st ODI – 10th January, Boland Park, Paarl
- 2nd ODI – 13th January, Manguang Oval, Bloemfontein
- 3rd ODI – 15th January, Manguang Oval, Bloemfontein
Three T20 matches were originally planned for January and February 2027, but are now being rescheduled.

Ticket and travel packages for the South Africa v England Test Series and One Day Internationals matches are expected to go on sale in March 2027.

Which airlines are best for flying to South Africa?
Both British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly direct to Johannesburg and Cape Town from London. Flight times are generally a little over eleven hours. If you would prefer to fly from a regional airport, then airlines such as Emirates and Qatar Airlines offer connecting flights with a transit or stopover in Dubai or Qatar.
