This intimate boutique hotel offers 18 luxury suites and is just a short stroll down the road to the beach. Set around an historic main building that dates back to 1777, this former rectory retains some of its original stone walls that now take pride of place as feature decor, most noticeably in the dining room.

Bedrooms are bright and airy, with open-plan bathrooms that have a signature bath and rainfall shower.

The shady gardens are perfect for an afternoon lounging by the pool, whilst the on-site restaurant features local produce and plenty of Western Cape wines.

There are 18 contemporary suites surrounding the immaculately kept gardens. The whitewashed walls are decorated with African art, and the spacious bedrooms feature air-conditioning, minibar, free WiFi, and satellite TV.  Bathrooms have a large bath, double basins and a separate waterfall shower.

Garden View Suites have pitched ceilings, waterfall showers and a terrace opening onto a small private walled garden. Pool Facing Suites are set back in the gardens near the pool and have an open-plan bathroom with freestanding tub and walk in rain shower and private balcony. Some are available as interconnecting rooms with a private foyer making them ideal for families.
