Lush is located in the private Black Rhino Reserve which shares an unfenced border with the 55 000ha Pilanesberg National Park. Known for its scenic volcanic-ringed hills, this natural eden contains nearly all animal species endemic to Southern Africa including the rare black rhino and wild dog.

Tucked into a wooded hillside, the lodge offers a stylish and minimalist design inspired by its Italian owners and suited to adults and older families with children over 12. There are just five luxury suites ensuring an intimate experience and each expansive deck features an outdoor shower and an indulgent plunge pool to relax in whilst enjoying the sounds of the bush.

Each day two guided game drives with scenic refreshment stops are offered, whilst a morning bush walk can be arranged with advance booking to get closer to nature. Dining is an essential part of the experience with wholesome breakfasts on the viewing deck, light lunches, afternoon teas and fireside barbecue dinners in the boma.
