Ngala Private Game Reserve

Ngala was the first Private Game Reserve to be established within the Kruger National Park itself. The Reserve is unfenced, allowing for the free movement of wildlife, and has exclusive traversing rights over nearly 15,000 hectares of the Kruger Park, offering exceptional vehicle and walking safari experiences without the crowds.

Ngala means “lion” in the local Shangaan language and the Reserve is particularly well known for its lion prides and legendary white lions, as well as its large elephant herds and thriving populations of leopard, buffalo, rhino and the elusive African wild dog.
