Your Balloon Safari
Just before dawn, transfer to the launch site and watch the crew prepare for flight. The flames from the burners illuminate the darkness and gently inflate the balloon. As the sun rises begin your ascent, ready for the journey of a lifetime. View wildlife from an entirely different perspective and enjoy the tranquility and silence as you float above plains, forests and rivers. Look out for herds of elephant or zebra, or you may even be lucky to see a big cat stalk some prey. Just don’t forget your binoculars!
The flight lasts around 50 minutes with ample opportunities for photography and filming from your birds-eye perspective. Descend to earth in the middle of nowhere whereas if by magic, there will be a bush-style breakfast ready accompanied by sparkling wine. Your adventure ends with a game drive back to your lodge. Hot air balloon rides can be added to any Serengeti itinerary.
