On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met and transferred to your lodge where the rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool to enjoy or head into town which is about a 10 minute walk away.

After breakfast travel to beautiful Tarangire National Park. Stop off for lunch before a thrilling afternoon game drive in the Park in search of elephant, rhino, zebra, wildebeest and more. Be sure to photograph the strange Baobab Trees, before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Tarangire Sopa Lodge offers traditional circular rooms with tall conical roofs, located near the Sangaiwe Gate of Tarangire National Park. During the dry season groups of elephant, giraffe and zebra come to a small waterhole located in front of the lodge, whilst guests can also watch wildlife from the elevated viewing platform near the pool.

After a morning game drive in Tarangire, head for Lake Manyara with many great views along the way. Enter the park for an afternoon game drive, stopping midway for a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara National Park lies beneath a spectacular 600 meter high escarpment and is home to hippo, flamingo, baboon and the elusive tree climbing lion. Afterwards, continue to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you may be in time to watch the spectacular sunset before dinner.
