On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met and transferred to your lodge where the rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool to enjoy or head into town which is about a 10 minute walk away.
African Tulip Hotel: A charming boutique hotel within walking distance of Arusha town centre. The 29 guest rooms are individually decorated using African materials and local art.

After breakfast travel to beautiful Tarangire National Park. Stop off for lunch before a thrilling afternoon game drive in the Park in search of elephant, rhino, zebra, wildebeest and more. Be sure to photograph the strange Baobab Trees, before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Sopa Tarangire offers 16 classic tents under thatch, located near the Sangaiwe Gate of Tarangire National Park. During the dry season groups of elephant, giraffe and zebra come to a small waterhole located in front of the lodge, whilst guests can also watch wildlife from the elevated viewing platform near the pool.

After a morning game drive in Tarangire, head for Lake Manyara with many great views along the way. Enter the park for an afternoon game drive, stopping midway for a picnic lunch. Lake Manyara National Park lies beneath a spectacular 600 meter high escarpment and is home to hippo, flamingo, baboon and the elusive tree climbing lion. Afterwards, continue to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you may be in time to watch the spectacular sunset before dinner.
Retreat Ngorongoro an eco-friendly lodge offering well appointed cottages located on the lower slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater. The drive to the Crater Rim travels through lush rain forest where you may be able to spot monkeys and larger animals like buffalo en route.

This is all set against the back drop of the stunning scenery that makes this one of the seven natural wonders of the world, as well as one of the best game viewing areas in Africa.

A number of hotels have a private beach or direct beach access and offer complimentary water sports and other activities. Make sure to leave a little time to explore the island however, including:
- Stone Town, the historic, UNESCO listed capital
- Menai Bay, where you can spot bottlenose dolphins
- Spice plantations, that powered Zanzibar’s early economy
- Jozani Forest, home to red colobus monkeys
