Spend two full days exploring the remote reaches of Glacier Bay National Park, far beyond where most visitors go. Hike across glacial outwash fields beneath the towering Fairweather Mountains, feeling the cool breeze from the nearby icefields. Cruise into Dundas Bay, watching for bears along the shore, humpback whales in the water, and even the rare sight of a wolf. Paddle a kayak through the bay’s calm waters or venture into the forest on a guided bushwhack to uncover the park’s wild beauty.
Wake the next morning to views of kelp-lined channels and dense hemlock and spruce forests. Continue your adventure with your expedition team, choosing from wilderness treks, skiff excursions, or paddling through hidden coves. Each outing reveals more of this pristine wilderness, from rich coastal forests to the diverse wildlife that calls Glacier Bay home.
