Trail Rides – Ranging from introductory one hour rides around the Gallatin Foothills to four hour rides with lunch on the trail. There is a choice of rides throughout the day, every day, led by expert wranglers. You’ll find something to suit everyone, from complete beginners to experienced equestrians.

Extended Mountain Rides – More adventurous guided rides can be arranged upon request.

Yellowstone National Park – With the ranch located just 10 minutes from the west entrance of the park, you can opt to spend a day exploring the park.

Fly Fishing – With a creek running through the ranch, you can enjoy fishing just a stone’s throw away from your cabin.

Hiking – Take advantage of the ranch’s stunning surroundings with some spectacular hiking trails.

Biking – The mountain biking is also fantastic, and a great way to experience this amazing landscape.

Offering a great alternative to the standard Yellowstone National Park lodging, Parade Rest Ranch’s cabins each have a unique story, and a different layout to accommodate different groups.

Ranging from the original Homestead cabin built in 1919 to a three-storey, five bedroom Aspen Cabin, each room has comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, a porch and a wood burning stove.

Delicious Western-style meals are served in the dining room three times a day. There is a wide variety of choices and dietary requirements like vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free can be catered for.

Alongside a hearty main meal, enjoy hot baked rolls, crisp salads, fresh vegetables and homemade desserts.

Western Cookouts are also held Monday and Friday evenings, where you can enjoy delicious barbecue, whilst listening to stories and entertainment. You can travel by horse-drawn wagon or on horseback (additional charge), and enjoy the views of the Aspen groves and lake below.

In the evening, unwind in the Bannock Hall Rec Centre, with activities like games, cards, a piano and WiFi.

Outside, you’ll find a basketball hoop, horseshoes and other lawn games.
