Trail Riding – Ride with experienced wranglers across rolling hills and vast plains, taking in the breathtaking views of the Bighorn Mountains and expansive Badlands.

Cattle Working – With around 300 cattle on the ranch, you can learn how to manage them on horseback, learning how to rotate horses throughout the pastures, or bringing them into chutes for medical check-ups (available to guests staying four or five nights).

Please Note: There is no riding on Sundays.

Fishing – Enjoy beautiful views as you fish at Crazy Woman Creek, that runs right through the ranch.

The meticulously restored Ranch House is just as it was in the 1800s. With a spacious porch looking over the pastures, and a common room with a kitchenette and seating areas, you can unwind after a long day of riding.

The rooms are decorated with historic but luxurious touches, and every room is en suite, with a stove for additional heating.

Originally housing the fresh milk, the Milk Barn has now been renovated as cosy cabin-style accommodation.

The en suite rooms either have king-sized or twin beds, are simple but cosy. They’re perfect for those who want to spot wildlife in the evenings, then fall asleep to the sound of a babbling creek.

The Bunkhouse is the original cowboy bunks, perfect for those wanting to meet people and have a traditional ranch experience. It has single, double and family rooms, with a common area and a porch.

The food at TA Ranch showcases farm-to-table dining at its very best. All their ingredients are sourced within 100 miles of the farm, and guests can actually harvest their own honey, milk and eggs that will be used in their meals.

The menu is fresh and seasonal, with meals served family-style.
