Day 2 – Washington D.C.
Today a hop-on, hop-off tour will transport you around Washington D.C. With stops at the National Archives, Holocaust Museum, Capitol Hill, and Ford’s Theatre there is no telling how much you will be able to do and see. And no trip to Washington is complete without a stop to take pictures in front of the White House!

Day 3 – Washington D.C.
Continue to explore around Washington at your leisure. Take time to visit one of the many Smithsonian Museums such as the American History Museum, the Institute of Art, and the Air & Space Museum. Tonight, you will take a guided tour to the city’s most popular monuments such as the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Vietnam War Memorial, and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial as they are spectacularly illuminated against the backdrop of the night sky. A wonderful time is to be had in our nation’s capital!

Day 4 – New York City
Make your way to Washington’s Union Station to board the Amtrak train to New York. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and begin to explore the city with your New York CityPASS, which provides admission to the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Plaza, the American Museum of Natural History and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.

Day 5 – New York City
Continue exploring New York with a hop-on, hop-off sightseeing tour, which stops at Central Park, Bryant Park and Times Square, to name but a few of New York’s top attractions. You can also continue to use your CityPASS to visit the Empire State Building and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Day 6 – New York City
Your hop-on, hop-off pass is good for a second day and will allow you to visit any stops you haven’t visited yet. Use it to travel over the Brooklyn Bridge, stop along 5th Avenue for shopping, or visit the Guggenheim Museum. The tour makes it easy to take in the best of what the ‘Big Apple’ has to offer.

Day 7 – Niagara Falls
This morning, board Amtrak’s Maple Leaf train at New York’s Penn Station, destination Niagara Falls.
It’s a 9.5 hour journey, through the countryside of upstate New York, passing Albany and Syracus, to the Canadian border. Upon arrival into Niagara Falls, make your way to your hotel and then head out to admire one of North America’s greatest natural wonders, which is illuminated every evening.
