A wilderness home in the heart of the jungle, the Sukau Rainforest Lodge provides 20 superior rooms and 20 villa-style chalets all with air-conditioning and views overlooking the forest. Following eco-tourism principles, all boats are electric and room fans are solar-powered.

About Your Hotel
Connected by raised boardwalks from a private jetty on the Kinabatangan River, the Sukau Rainforest Lodge provides superior accommodation in a remote jungle setting. With guided nature walks and river cruises it is possible to immerse yourself in the rainforest during your stay. Raised platforms around the lodge provide opportunities to spot native pygmy elephants, orangutans, proboscis monkeys and a variety of birdlife.
Rooms
The entry-level Superior Rooms are set across two neighbouring wings, whilst villa-style rooms are built in pairs, reached by separate boardwalk. All rooms benefit from air-conditioning, twin or queen sized beds, ensuite bathroom with solar-heated shower. Tea and coffee making facilities are available as well as a small desk and seating area. Villa rooms are more spacious and also have WiFi and a private balcony/sun deck overlooking the forest.
