Welcome to Singapore! From the airport, you will be transferred to your centrally located hotel, and you have three days to explore this unique city-state at your leisure.
Make sure to visit the city’s iconic sights in the Marina Bay area. You can take a stroll through the futuristic Supertrees at Gardens by the Bay, and watch its nightly light show. For panoramic city views, head to the rooftop bar at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
With its patchwork of diverse neighbourhoods, it is well worth spending a day discovering all of Singapore’s districts. From the distinct architecture and colour palettes of Chinatown and Little India, to the sleek Central Business District, or lively Clarke Quay, there is so much to see. For another dramatic contrast, take the cable car over to Sentosa Island, discovering its beautiful beaches and lush greenery.

Day 4 to 5 – Ho Chi Minh City
This morning, bid farewell to Singapore, and head to the airport to fly to Ho Chi Minh City, where you have two days to explore.
Why not take a day tour of the city, uncovering the city’s complex history at Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum and discovering the grand architecture of the Notre Dame Cathedral and the French-era Central Post Office.
Alternatively, watch the captivating AO Show in the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House, take in views over the city from Bitexco Tower, or take a food tour by Vespa.

Day 6 – My Tho
Spend a leisurely morning in Ho Chi Minh City, before you are picked up in the afternoon for the scenic road transfer to My Tho Port. Here, you’ll board the mighty Mekong Navigator for your seven night Mekong River cruise.
Settle in to your choice of comfortable and sophisticated cabin, before enjoying a welcome dinner, where you can meet the ship’s crew and your fellow passengers.

Day 7 – Sa Dec & Cai Be
The first stop on your Mekong River cruise is the town of Cai Be. Wind your way through the canals of the Mekong Delta, by traditional rowing boat and a sampan boat, passing rice barges, water palm thatched cottages and hidden temples. Visit a cottage factory, where artisans sell rice products, and you’ll have a chance to pick up a unique souvenir.
Return to the ship for lunch, continuing your journey upstream. You’ll disembark in the historic town of Sa Dec, exploring its temples and visiting a colourful local market.

Day 8 – My An Hung & Gieng Island
Experience life along the Mekong River as you visit an farming village called My An Hung. Talk to the locals, sample some delicious honey tea and enjoy a Vovinam (a Vietnamese martial art) demonstration.
In the afternoon, you’ll travel by sampan boat to the island village of Cu Lao Gieng, known as ‘The Mango Island’. Almost untouched by tourism, and naturally, famous for its mangoes, take a tour of of the town by rickshaw, sample some delicious produce and learn about how the Mekong River is a key part of daily life for locals.

Day 9 to 11 – Phnom Penh
Enjoy a day to relax on board as you continue your journey upstream, crossing the border from Vietnam into Cambodia. Simply sit back and enjoy the views, get involved in one of the ship’s activities or take advantage of the facilities: the sun deck, lounge, bar, library, fitness centre and spa. There are also onboard activities to get involved with. You’ll arrive in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh in the late afternoon.
The next morning, you’ll head ashore into the city. Learn about the atrocities of the Khmer Rouge regime, visiting the Choeung Ek killing fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum.
The following day, you’ll be greeted by a tuk tuk on the pier, for a Phnom Penh city tour. Discover the Royal Palace and the National Museum, before enjoying the afternoon to explore at your leisure.

Day 12 – Opopel Village & Wat Roka Kaong
Your next stop along the Mekong River is Wat Roak Kaong, a beautiful temple complex. Explore its grounds and receive a traditional water blessing from local monks.
In the afternoon, you’ll head to the peaceful of Opopel, with its stilted houses, banana trees and grazing cattle. Visit a local family and the village school to learn about rural life.
Back on board, you’ll gather on the Sun Deck for a Farewell Reception with the crew, followed by a traditional Cambodian dinner.

Day 13 – Kampong Cham & Siem Reap
Savour your final breakfast on board, reminiscing on the week with your fellow guests, before you disembark in Kampong Cham. From here, you’ll take a scenic transfer to Siem Reap, stopping for lunch on your way.
You’ll arrive in Siem Reap in the afternoon, so head to your centrally located hotel, where you can enjoy a chilled evening, or head out for a wander around the city.

Day 14 – Siem Reap
Enjoy a day to explore Siem Reap at your own pace. The city is perhaps best known for being the gateway to the stunning Angkor Wat temples, so you may wish to take a temple day tour. Alternatively, head out of the city in the opposite direction to visit the fascinating Tonle Sap floating villages. For foodie travellers, learn to make delicious Cambodian dishes at a cooking class, visiting a local market to buy your ingredients.
