Laos Travel Guide

Known as the land of a million elephants, Laos is a land of rural villages, ancient temples and forest clad mountains. Vientiane is the country’s relaxed capital city with open air restaurants that line the Mekong River. Luang Prabang is the former royal capital whilst the surrounding countryside offers picturesque waterfalls and sacred sites such as the Pak Ou Caves.

Laos combines really well with other popular Asia destinations such as Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
