Arrive into the Malay capital of Kuala Lumpur, where you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen Kuala Lumpur hotel for a three night stay. The city is a real melting pot of culture and you will see temples and mosques rubbing shoulders with glinting skyscrapers. You may like to observe the spectacular views from atop the Petronas Towers, enjoy tasty Satay food from street hawkers or visit the Batu Caves just outside of the city.

Day 4 – Sandakan
On arrival in Sandakan, in the Sabah province of Malaysian Borneo, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for an afternoon at leisure.

Day 5 – Selingan Island
This morning, after breakfast, board a boat for the short cruise to Selingan Island. Once you have checked in, there is time to swim and snorkel or simply soak up the sun. In the evening you’ll be called to witness the fascinating spectacle of turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs. If they are ready, you may also be lucky enough to see some little ones released for their first journey into the sea.

Day 6 – Sepilok
It’s time to bid farewell to the island and its turtles and head back to Sandakan after breakfast. On arrival take a city tour showing you the Sim Sim Water Village, Central Market and Puh Jih Syh Buddhist temple. After lunch transfer to Sepilok Nature Resort where you will spend the evening.

Day 7 – Sepilok region
After breakfast travel to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre where you will take a boardwalk tour through the forest to witness orphaned primates feeding.
Then just over the road visit the Borneo Sun Bear Conservation Centre and learn about the caring, rehabilitating and releasing of the world’s smallest species of bear. Continue through traditional timeless countryside to your lodge for a late afternoon river cruise in search of wildlife.

Day 8 – Sukau
Wake up early to the calls of nature this morning! Cruise on the river to view birds and primates on their early morning adventures. Weather permitting, you can take a jungle walk before breakfast. Later visit Gomantong Cave, famed for their edible bird’s nests where you will take the boardwalk to the cavern.
The afternoon is free until an evening wildlife cruise where you may be lucky and see the famous Proboscis Monkey swinging from the trees.
*Whilst the boardwalk at Gamantong Cave is under repair, this activity will be substituted with a night cruise.

Day 9 – Mount Kinabalu Area
After breakfast, head off towards the Mount Kinabalu area, where you’ll spend the night at the Sabah Tea Garden. En-route stop at Kg Luanti for Fish Massaging and learn about the tagal fish conservation.
After lunch, check in to your room and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may participate blowpipe and batik painting at Sapaon Recreational Area or relax before dinner at Tea House.

Day 10 – Kota Kinabalu
Wake up early today for a walk to see the sun rise over Mount Kinabalu and the surrounding tea plantations. After a tea factory tour, continue on to Poring Hot Springs where you can take a dip in the hot sulphur springs, before a canopy walk 100-200 feet above the forest floor.
Continue to Kinabalu Park for a guided nature trek along one of the many trails, offering a fascinating insight into the fauna and flora of Borneo, before heading to the city of Kota Kinabalu for an overnight stay.

Day 11 to 13 – Singapore
Your tour ends today in the city of Kota Kinabalu where you will take a flight to the ‘Lion City’ Singapore. On arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen Singapore hotel for the next three nights. The excellent public transport system makes exploring Singapore a breeze. You may like to take in the views from the bar at Marina Bay, enjoy a Singapore Sling in the elegant surroundings of Raffles or stroll around the impressive Gardens by the Bay to name a few!

Day 14 to 20 – Langkawi
Transfer to the airport and take a 90 minute flight up to the coast to the tropical island of Langkawi. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your chosen Langkawi hotel for the final seven nights of your holiday.
Situated in the warm waters of the Andaman Sea, the island has some of the finest beaches in Asia and your seven night stay will give you plenty of time for relaxation. With a variety of day tours on offer, you will have no problems finding an activity if you can pull yourself from the pool or beach.

Enjoy the resort facilities before transferring to the airport for your flight home.
