Your Holiday Includes:
- 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur
- 3 nights in Bangkok
- 3 nights in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)
- 3 nights in Singapore
- Tours and activities in each city
- Optional UK flights
Day 1 to 3 - Kuala Lumpur
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur, where you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen city centre hotel for the next three nights. After checking into your room, you can relax after your flight or take a walk around the local area.
Over the next two days, enjoy two guided tours, to the highlights of the city, plus time to explore further at your leisure.
The half day Kuala Lumpur city tour takes in the King’s Palace, National Mosque and Independence Square, visits the National Museum and stops outside the Petronas Towers for the compulsory selfie!
Your second tour visits the Batu Caves in the north of the city, a towering limestone hill housing a sacred Hindu temple, as well as a pewter factory and batik workshop, for an insight into local industry.
Day 4 to 6 - Bangkok
Fly from Kuala Lumpur to the Thai capital of Bangkok, for a three night stay at your chosen hotel.
Included in your time here is a half day city and temples tour, covering many of Bangkok’s main attractions, and a full day visit to the fascinating floating market, including travel along the canals on a ‘longtail’ speedboat, where you can experience an authentic slice of Thai life.
You’ll also have time to explore the city at your leisure, discover hidden temples and shrines and taste the sumptuous street food. At night, you can enjoy the lively restaurants, bars and nightlife of the city, test your bargaining skills at one of the famed night markets or head to a more glitzy shopping mall.
Day 7 to 9 - Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)
From Thailand your next stop is Vietnam, and its southern metropolis of Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City.
The city offers amongst other things, a little taste of Vietnam’s turbulent history. The wide, tree lined boulevards and pretty churches have been left as reminders of the French Colonial times, and sights like the Chu Chi Tunnels and fascinating War Remnants Museum give an insight into the dark days of the Vietnam War. You’ll also find excellent shopping, smart restaurants and pleasant surprises around every corner.
On arrival, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to your chosen Saigon hotel for the following three nights. As well as a trip out to the Cu Chi tunnels, we have included an excursion to the Mekong Delta, for a glimpse into the daily life of thousands of people who live and work on the water.
Day 10 to 12 - Singapore
Arrive in Singapore, where you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen city centre hotel for the next three nights. This tiny island state at the bottom of the Malay Peninsula is a melting pot of cultures, with people of Chinese, Indian and Malay backgrounds all proud to be Singaporean. Renowned for its tidy streets and glitzy shopping malls, Singapore also has a wealth of history and attractions.
Included during your stay is a Singapore city tour, a fabulous morning or afternoon introduction to the city. You’ll pass the Parliament House, City Hall and see the contrasts of old and new. Take in the impressive views of Marina Bay from Merlion Park, visit one of Singapore’s oldest temples, explore the beautiful Orchid Garden, then finish in Little India.
