Day 1 - Singapore
This tiny island state at the bottom of the Malay Peninsula is a melting pot of cultures, with people of Chinese, Indian and Malay backgrounds all proud to be Singaporean. Renowned for its tidy streets and glitzy shopping malls, Singapore also has a wealth of history and attractions.
Spend the first three nights at the Days Hotel, or choose your own Singapore Hotel. Take in Singapore’s highlights on a half day city tour which will show you the contrast of old and new in this city where ancient traditions share space with the ultra modern. You’ll also take in Singapore by night including a Singapore Sling at the famous Raffles Hotel, an essential Singapore experience!
Day 4 - Bangkok
Thailand’s buzzing capital makes a great holiday base. By day, you can explore the beautiful temples and bustling markets, or cruise through Bangkok’s hidden canals and waterways. At night, enjoy the lively restaurants, bars and nightlife of the city, plus some fabulous shopping in the night markets and glitzy shopping malls.
Enjoy a three night stay at the Furama Silom or a hotel of choice, see our Bangkok hotels page for some great options. During your stay enjoy a half day City and Temples tour covering many of Bangkok’s highlights. There’s also a full day visit to the fascinating Floating Market, including travel along the canals on a ‘longtail’ speedboat, where you can experience an authentic slice of Thai life.
Day 7 - Saigon
Now commonly known as Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon offers amongst other things, a little taste of Vietnam’s turbulent history. The wide, tree lined boulevards and pretty churches have been left as reminders of the French Colonial times, and sights like the Chu Chi Tunnels and fascinating War Remnants Museum give an insight in to the dark times during the Vietnam War. You’ll also find excellent shopping, smart restaurants and pleasant surprises around every corner.
You will spend three nights at the Saigon Prince, or choose your own Saigon Hotel. Take in all the wonderful sights that Saigon and the region have to offer. We have included a city tour to explore the best of the city, a trip out to the Cu Chi tunnels for a fascinating insight into war time history and a relaxing trip out to the Mekong Delta to immerse yourself in traditional Vietnamese life.
Day 10 - Hong Kong
One of the world’s most exciting cities, Hong Kong never fails to impress and amaze its visitors. Neon lit skyscrapers shine out over the famous harbour as ferries scuttle between the busy centre and outlying islands. On the bustling street below are markets selling everything from flowers to high fashion, hi-fi to handbags, as well as some mouth-watering Chinese cuisine.
Spend your remaining three nights at the Cityview Hotel, or choose your own Hong Kong Hotel. During your stay there is a half day city tour taking Hong Kong’s highlights plus a cruise where you can take in the spectacular Symphony of Lights over the harbour. There is so much to see and do you are sure of an action packed stay.
Day 13 - Farewell
Sit back and relax as you transfer back to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
