This morning, you’ll be collected from the airport or your hotel in an air-conditioned mini-van for the scenic drive through rural Thailand to Elephant Hills Khao Sok.

After checking into your luxury en suite tent, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch including a variety of traditional Thai dishes, of varying spice levels!

Your first activity is a relaxing canoe trip down the Sok River where you will pass limestone mountains and cliffs covered with exotic tropical vegetation, looking out for wildlife as you go. You’ll learn about the rainforest of Khao Sok National Park, estimated to be a staggering 160 million years old.

Next, head to the elephant park for a unique elephant experience. You will prepare a fruit-based meal for the elephants and have the opportunity to watch them feed, before they enjoy a bath in their large mud-pool. The elephants then move back into their free roaming enclosure, where you can continue to watch them play and interact together.

This evening’s activities include a movie presentation, dance performances and cooking demonstration, before a delicious dinner. Fall asleep tonight to the sounds of the jungle.

Wake this morning to see the mist slowly clear from the surrounding peaks, then enjoy breakfast at your leisure.

Appetite satisfied, an expert, English speaking guide will lead you into the Khao Sok rainforest, where you will learn about the biologically important flora and fauna protected by the National Park. Wander past exotic plants, gaze up at tropical hardwoods and keep an eye out for gibbons, macaque and other wildlife.

Lunch is served back at Elephant Camp, before your onward transfer to the airport or your next destination.
