This morning it’s just an hour flight to the city of Chiang Mai, the cultural centre of the north where you will stay at one of our beautiful Chiang Mai hotels for two nights. From here you can explore the night market which is almost on your doorstep, wander the old town with its numerous temples, or head out on a day tour to visit remote hill tribes, taking in the fantastic jungle scenery as you go. Don’t miss the views over the city from Doi Suthep temple.

If you can tear yourself away from the beach, James Bond Island is worth a visit, located in the beautiful Phang Nga Bay with its iconic towering limestone rock formations, or maybe a day trip to the spectacular two islands of Phi Phi.
