Your half day tour begins with a visit to the excellent Museum of Cham Sculpture in Da Nang. Located near the Han River the museum is one of a kind and houses an incredible collection of Cham artefacts including exquisite statues of Apsara dancers, mythical Garudas as well as images of the Hindu gods, Shiva and Vishnu.

Then take an orientation drive along the Han river with sights such as Dragon bridge and Swing Bridge on your way to the Son Tra Peninsula. Here you will find the Linh Ung pagoda with Vietnam’s tallest Buddha statue at a height of 67m.

Heading out of the city, the beach at Non Nuoc is renowned not only for its stunning setting and golden sands but it was here that American troops took an R&R break during the Vietnam War. A stop will be made at the Marble Mountains where you can follow the paths that lead to the caves and also to the summit for beautiful coastline views.

On your descent observe local craftsman carve all manner of statues from the marble sourced locally, before returning to your hotel.
