Your tour includes visits to the Telegraph Station, established in 1872 to relay messages between Darwin and Adelaide, and the Royal Flying Doctors Service, which provides a ‘mantel of safety’ to the local outback residents.
Visit the School of Air, an educational service for children living in remote areas, before continuing on to the Alice Springs Reptile Centre to explore the largest reptile display in Central Australia.
Your tour concludes with a visit to Anzac Hill for the best panoramic views of the town and the surrounding MacDonnell Ranges.
