Description
A favourite with locals and visitors alike, Rottnest Island is Perth’s perfect getaway. Find beautiful beaches surrounded by crystal clear waters, unique fauna and flora including the quokka, a small marsupial only found on the island, and excellent walking trails.
Your explorer begins with a 30 minute ferry transfer from Fremantle which will take you to the island jetty, just a short stroll from your overnight accommodation; the wonderful Discovery Rottnest Island.
The comfortable and well equipped luxury tents of Discovery Rottnest all have en suite bathrooms and outside deck areas on which to relax. The resort also has its own private swimming pool, bar and direct access to Pinky Beach.
To make the most of your time on the island, bicycle and snorkel hire is included and with no cars allowed on the island, cycling is the perfect way to explore the hidden bays and beaches.
