Day 1 to 6 - Hawaii
Your first stop is Hawaii where you’ll spend five nights in Waikiki. You’ll find yourself on the southern shores of Honolulu, famous for its picturesque beaches, prime surfing spots and the tropical backdrop you’ll find yourself in. Lovers of the outdoors will be right at home here with every activity at your fingertips. The more relaxed crowd can still find themselves a tranquil escape with the sun rays. Everything you’ve ever wanted out of a tropical sun holiday, Hawaii is it. As night falls, grab yourself a drink at one of the beach side bars or restaurants as you watch the beautiful sunset.
Day 7 to 15 - Auckland
Known as the ‘City of Sails’ – the start of your Northern Spotlight Guided Tour begins here. The north island of New Zealand is famed for its amazing landscapes and extraordinary landscapes. By the end of your eight day escorted tour, you’ll have also noticed the friendly vibe of the Island’s cities. Your action-packed tour will begin in Auckland and take you through the gorgeous Bay of Islands and thermal pools of Rotorua. You’ll have made it through to the capital city of Wellington where you’ll enjoy the final day in NZ with breathtaking panoramic views that Mt Victoria has to offer. Next stop – sunny Sydney!
Day 16 to 19 - Sydney
You’ll jump on a plane to Sydney that morning. With a ton of things to do, be sure not to miss the legendary Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The city really is your playground as you can choose from galleries, museums, to parks and gardens, as well as the famous Bondi and Manly beaches. Time the ferry back from Manly Beach for the early evening and you’ll catch the wondrous sunset falling across the cities skyline. With so much already to do and see in Sydney, it’s still difficult to beat a day trip to the famed Hunter Valley where wines are produced or the iconic Blue Mountains.
Day 20 to 23 - Ayers Rock
Day 20 sees you in Ayers Rock to witness Australia’s unbelievable Red Centre. You’ll be here for three nights. You’ll begin heading towards the famous ever changing rock. En route you’ll find art cave paintings of Uluru before journeying to the Olgas eventually reaching the rim of Kings Canyon for views you’ll never forget. Finally, Alice Springs will host your last night. The rugged natural beauty and jaw-dropping landscape you’ll find in Australia’s Red Centre will be etched in your memory forever. There’s nothing in the world like it, and offers one of best displays and experiences of Australia’s rich cultural heritage.
Day 24 to 27 - Perth
As you chase the sun to Western Australia, you’ll end up in Perth to spend a couple of days exploring all it has to offer. Known for sunshine, you’ll find some gorgeous beaches which you can take in at the chilled pace Perth’s residents do. See the picturesque Kings Park gardens and the many beautiful places surrounding the city such as the historic Fremantle and Rottnest Island.
Day 28 to 30 - Dubai
You’ll hit the sun kissed city of Dubai ready for three nights of exploration. This transformed desert is bursting with the tallest skyscrapers punching through its skyline. Among some of the most innovative developments in the world, you’ll also find traditional mosques, golden beaches, world class dining for the foodies and huge malls which are a shoppers dream. The perfect place to finish chasing the sun and wind down your holiday.
Day 31 - Goodbye
Time to say goodbye to Dubai as you head back to the UK after following the sun around the world for an amazing 31 days.
