Day 2 – Stanley
Travel through Deloraine and take an optional detour to taste smoked baby salmon at 41 Degrees South Salmon and Ginseng Farm before heading up to Devonport. Enjoy any of the numerous roadside stalls and produce farmers markets on the way to Stanley as you drive along the coastline.

Day 3 – Stanley
Buy a fresh crayfish from Stanley wharf and have a picnic at one of the deserted beaches, then visit Providore 24 to take home some Tasmanian gourmet produce. Dine at the award winning Old Cable Station, or for a casual dining option try the bistro at the Stanley Hotel; this is a food lover’s dream!

Day 4 – Devonport
Make your way back towards Devonport and stop off at Boat Harbour, take a stroll along Boat Harbour Beach and enjoy lunch at a local café. Travel along to Burnie to sample some cheese at Lactos Cheese Factory, then head south to enjoy award winning whiskey at Hellyer’s Road Whiskey Distillery before spending the night in Devonport.

Day 5 – Launceston
Travel south, pick up some handmade chocolates from House of Anvers, located just outside Latrobe. Continue on to Elizabeth Town, stopping for a bite at Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm and artisan cheese at Ashgrove Cheese. On your way back to Launceston, stop in at the Tasmanian Gourmet Sauce Company at Evandale for some treats to take home.
