This 3 day explorer package will give you the opportunity to see Fraser Island’s most iconic beauty spots and enjoy an extended stay on the island. By day you will explore the sand tracks from the comfort of an air conditioned custom designed 4WD coach and by night you will stay on the island at Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Join your explorer locally at Hervey Bay where your experience begins with a passenger ferry crossing over to Kingfisher Bay where you will have time to settle into your accommodation.
Your explorer includes a full day guided tour to explore the beauty spots of Fraser Island by 4WD. Learn about the natural and cultural history of the world’s largest sand island, swim in the crystal-clear blue waters of Lake McKenzie, walk along the banks of Wanggoolba Creek and drive along spectacular Seventy-Five Mile Beach.
Your guided experience continues with stops at the famous Maheno shipwreck, the coloured sands of the Pinnacles and a refreshing swim in Eli Creek.
