At Trout Point Lodge you can connect with nature… in style.

The property’s 100 acre wooded estate borders the remote Tobeatic Wilderness Area, and the scenic waters of the Tusket and Napier Rivers.

Spend the day following hiking and cycling trails through the Acadian forest, or canoeing or paddleboarding on the river, before relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub, then joining an expert-led stargazing excursion (the Tobeatic Wilderness Area is a certified Starlight Reserve).

The Main Lodge is constructed of giant eastern spruce logs, granite and sandstone. Its elegant common areas have comfy sofas and wood-burning fireplaces, making it all to easy to stay up late with a bottle of Nova Scotian red.

The onsite restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, freshly prepared using ingredients from the onsite garden, and from local farmers and fishermen. The lodge’s signature Chef’s Menu four course dinner is well worth the indulgence!

Rooms in the Main Lodge have handcrafted log walls and beam ceilings. They have a ceiling fan and individual heating controls. Bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and ironing board are all provided.
