The perfect self guided solution to exploring the many boutique and scenic vineyards of the Hawke’s Bay region. The tour provides a fun and healthy way to see and enjoy the countryside that is the world-renowned Gimblett Gravels and Bridge Pa Triangle grape growing regions on the scenic Heretaunga Plains in Hawke’s Bay.

Up to seven wineries can be visited on a self-guided tour using the map provided. All offer the opportunity to taste the wines (typically NZ$8-$15 per person) and have outside seating where you can enjoy the superb settings before moving on. All the cycling is ‘off-road’ using the cycle trails that run parallel with the roads along flat terrain. The whole circuit makes up around 20km and can comfortably be completed in 4 to 5 hours.
