Description
Following a hotel pick up from your Christchurch accommodation you will travel North through the rural pastoral scenes of North Canterbury before arriving into the picturesque coastal town of Kaikoura. Your two and a half hour cruise will allow time to spot one of the many humpback and sperm whales which inhabit the waters off the east coast.
After lunch, there is time to spot fur seal colonies on the rocky shores outside of the township. On your return journey to Christchurch there will be an opportunity to do some wine tasting at one of North Canterbury’s fine vineyards.
