An unforgettable full day guided walk along the famous Tongariro Crossing, one of New Zealand’s most rewarding and challenging walks in a small group of no more than 10 other hikers.

Your experienced guide will lead your group along the track which leads up to the saddle between Mt Ngauruhoe and Mt Tongariro and then diverts over Mt Tongariro providing some of the most spectacular views of the surrounding peaks and volcanos.

Along the way you will see crater formations, scoured volcanic rocks, mountain springs and brightly coloured emerald lakes.

A good level of fitness and appropriate footwear is required to complete the crossing.
