Your Day Tour
Depart from Auckland and travel the main Southern Highway through small rural townships steeped in early pioneering history. Your first stop is the natural marvel of the Waitomo Glowworm Caves where you will enjoy a guided tour through this naturally lit underground world which includes the serene and silent boat cruise through the largest glowworm lit cave.
After lunch on board the coach your journey continues to Rotorua, New Zealand’s thermal capital. Here you will visit the famous Agrodome which highlights the country’s farming traditions through shows and interactive experiences.
Your tour continues through the historic and beautiful Government Gardens before arriving at Te Puia’s Maori Cultural Village for a 45 minute traditional Maori performance. During your time in the village marvel at the famous Pohutu Geyser, boiling mud pools and colourful silica deposits.
Your tour concludes as you return to Auckland.
