Located within the impressive traditional stone structures of the Te Matatiki Toi Ora Art Centre, the Observatory Hotel is housed within the University of Cambridge’s Observatory Tower, and is now one of Christchurch’s most unique boutique hotels.

Each of the 33 bedrooms are inspired by a wonderfully colourful combination of William Morris and local New Zealand artists, and showcase the traditional architecture and features of this historic building.
