Even in these hard times, they are ready to help, with all the flights and trips cancelled across the world I have no worries that myself and trips are looked after rebooked at the times I wanted them with no losses at all. My wife and I booked a 26 day trip to Australia with Freedom Destinations. From my initial telephone inquiry to them to the day we returned I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, knowledge of their produce, their holiday advisors, especially in our case Catherine who handled our whole booking. I gave her a list of things we wanted to do, places we wanted to visit, hotels we particularly liked to stay in and trips we’d like to take while we were there. She asked about our interests, even our level of fitness and in a short time she sent us an itinerary that on first attempt was almost perfect. We made one or two changes and asked for some additions which Catherine sought for us and fitted into the trip. All in all, they supplied a first class service and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective traveller. I do not think that in our case they could have done anything better.

Changed itinerary a few times until we found one that suited, never been unhappy with our choices. Also, you can use your own alternative accommodation, we have chosen several of our own choices. The planning was perfect & our transfers went like clockwork. We loved all our planned tours with everyone being so friendly & informative. Aquila Game Reserve was such a treat as we didn’t expect to see so many animals so close up. The Blue Train lived up to its expectation with such amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you.

Was nervous before calling as I knew in my head what we wanted, but was not sure how to explain as there is so much to see and do and arrange. Christine the senior specialist on Africa, was really lovely, put me at ease and really took on board what I was trying to say what I wanted from this trip (as this is for my 50th birthday).
She came back to me within a few days, and ran through the itinerary of the whole thing and answered any questions I had, and then everything was sent to me by email. The other thing I wanted most was not to have the stress of sorting everything out, so glad I could leave it to the expert, would highly recommend.

The staff listen to what you want. They seem to be familiar with the areas we wanted to go to and gave us good advice. We like to have flights. hotels. hire cars and some trips organise for us without having to be part of a group. Freedom makes us feel safe but not suffocated. We will use you again.
