In the afternoon, head off to explore this friendly city state by yourself – the MRS Metro makes it fast and easy to get around. One of the best known Singapore attractions is Gardens by the Bay, an extensive landscaped park of lush native flora, spectacular multi-level glasshouses and the amazing, flower-bedecked ‘Supertrees’.
Dine along the historic Quays tonight, or try a Singapore Sling at the Raffles hotel.
