Depart downtown Vancouver from Canada Place (please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time) and travel by deluxe coach through the scenic Fraser Valley.
Stop in Kelowna for lunch, followed by a wine tasting at one of the Okanagan Valley’s many renowned wineries.
Continue to Salmon Arm and check into your relaxing lakefront hotel. In the evening, enjoy an included group dinner in Salmon Arm, with the option afterwards to unwind at the hotel or explore the town at your leisure.
Day 2 – Salmon Arm to Banff
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before travelling through the spectacular scenery of Rogers Pass.
Stop at Emerald Lake, where you’ll have time to explore and the option to rent a canoe on site (seasonal, additional cost). Continue on to visit beautiful Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, both famed for their striking turquoise waters and dramatic mountain backdrops.
Arrive in Banff and check into your centrally located hotel on Banff Avenue. The evening is at leisure to explore this lively mountain town at your own pace.
Day 3 – Banff
Begin the day with a spectacular cable-car ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain, where you can take in breathtaking views of Banff National Park and the Rockies. What an exceptional place to enjoy breakfast!
Your tour continues with a drive around Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake, followed by a visit to Banff’s iconic landmarks, including Bow Falls, the Hoodoos, and the Banff Springs Hotel.
In the afternoon, you’ll have some free time to shop and sightsee along Banff Avenue or participate in some optional outdoor activities such as horseback riding, canoeing on the Bow River, hiking, e-biking, or relaxing in the hot springs. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure in Banff.
Day 4 – Banff to Blue River/Valemount
After breakfast, journey along the legendary Icefields Parkway, on the way towards Jasper National Park. Along the way, you will tour the stunning Columbia Icefields, with a stop at another beautiful lake. Here, you’ll have the option to join the world-famous Ice Explorer Glacier Tour (additional cost).
Later, you will arrive in the mountain town of Jasper, where you’ll have free time to enjoy dinner. In the evening, you can check-in at the charming Mike Wiegele cabins in Blue River for a peaceful overnight stay.
(*Please note that from mid-September to the end of October, tours will stay in a hotel in Valemount instead of Blue River)
Day 5 – Blue River to Vancouver
This morning you will have the option to join an exciting River Safari (additional cost) or relax and enjoy the serene surroundings of Blue RIver. Afterwards, you will travel to Clearwater to visit Spahats Falls in the beautiful Wells Gray Provincial Park.
After a lunch stop in Kamloops, you will continue our journey back to Vancouver, arriving in the evening.
