Where to Go in Canada
British Columbia
From massive mountain ranges and windswept beaches to rainforests overflowing with life, British Columbia is an area of untamed wilderness. It’s also home to the bustling west coast city of Vancouver, renowned for its natural beauty, as well as flower-filled Victoria and the picturesque mountain town of Whistler.
Alberta & The Rockies
Brace yourself for stunning mountains, forests, prairies, canyons and foothills: Alberta has all this and more. The cities of Calgary and Edmonton provide a gateway to the Rocky Mountains, where you can explore the Columbia Icefield and walk on the Athabasca Glacier.
Ontario & Niagara Falls
Home to six National Parks, 335 provincial parks and more than 250,000 lakes, Ontario is another of Canada’s picturesque landscapes. This region is easily accessed via the cities of Toronto and Ottawa, both worth visiting in their own right. From Toronto, you can also join a day tour to Niagara Falls which sits on the USA and Canadian border.
Montreal & Quebec
Sitting on the banks of the St Lawrence River, the province of Quebec’s two major cities, Montreal and Quebec City, have a European feel to them, with grand historic stone buildings and narrow streets.
Atlantic Canada
Four provinces on Canada’s Eastern seaboard, Atlantic Canada, is a quaint beautiful region. Here you’ll find a landscape of pine forests, green hills, pretty fishing villages and a rocky coastline dotted with iconic lighthouses.
