Description
After the ferry journey from Hong Kong, visit Na Tcha Temple and a section of the old city wall built in 1569. Next explore the Mount Fortress, a UNESCO heritage site and once the colony’s principal defence structure, followed by the ruins of St Paul’s church with its surviving fine art carving.
Stroll through Sandao Square, the historic heart of Macau and location of the market with its bustling stalls. You’ll also see the ancient temple of A-Ma, with a final stop at the Macau Tower where you can get spectacular views as far out as Hong Kong. Macau is also famous for its gambling and you’ll visit one of the casinos.
