From the Powell River Airport, enjoy the stress-free shuttle to take you to Lund where you will board a boat to start your adventure at the lodge.

Enjoy the scenery as you will travel through beautiful Desolation Sound Provincial Marine Park and the Homfray Channel. Upon arrival at the resort, Klahoose staff will be there to greet you and show you to your room, where you can relax and enjoy the views. Explore the resort, take to one of the hiking trails, borrow a canoe or just sit on the floating dock as the sun goes behind the mountains. End the day with a delicious dinner, paired with glass of wine or beer.

Start your day off with a delicious breakfast before heading out for your Cultural and Wildlife Boat Tour.

You will spend four to five hours with your cultural Interpreter while exploring Desolation Sound, Toba Inlet, watching for marine life, and visiting waterfalls. Keep your eyes peeled, as there is always an opportunity to see an abundance of wildlife such as whales, porpoises, harbour seals, and eagles. In the spring and summer black bears and grizzlies can sometimes be seen foraging along the shoreline.

There will also be time to relax and enjoy your surroundings, before evening dinner is served.

After enjoying another hearty breakfast in the main lodge, take the time to relish in all the amenities and activities that the resort has to offer. Activities such as Indigenous storytelling, cedar weaving are demonstrated in resort whilst kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming can be done from the dock. Forest walks and ocean foraging can also be enjoyed directly from the resort. The resort lounge, campfire area, deck and dock area can be utilised to enjoy a drink, relax and to enjoy the views.

There are also optional tours that can be enjoyed (additional costs payable locally) such as guided fishing charters, heli-sightseeing, glacier walk tours, heli-hiking, and private boat charters.

Return to the lodge in the afternoon with time to enjoy the woodfired sauna before your final dinner. End your evening with a beverage by the fire pit, while mingling with other resort guests that you met along this adventure.

Following breakfast head back to the dock to board the boat and be transferred back to Lund. Upon arrival in Lund, you have the option to take the airport shuttle back to Powell River Airport.
