Arrive into Winnipeg and check into the Four Points by Sheraton hotel at the Winnipeg airport. This evening you will have a meet and greet with your guide and have an opportunity to talk with your fellow travellers.

Day 2 – Churchill
Your adventure begins with an early morning flight from Winnipeg to Churchill, where the subarctic landscape welcomes you the moment you land. There’s no time to waste – you’ll head straight out on a guided Churchill and area tour, exploring the town’s unique cultural and historical landmarks while your guide shares stories of life in this remote northern community.
After lunch, you’ll visit the Parks Canada Visitor Centre, home to fascinating wildlife dioramas and exhibits that bring Churchill’s past to life. From tales of the fur trade to the region’s rich natural history, it’s the perfect introduction to the landscapes, wildlife, and heritage that make this corner of Manitoba so extraordinary.
Day 3 – Tundra Buggy Adventure
Today marks your first Tundra Buggy adventure, and the excitement begins the moment you meet your expert driver for a safety briefing and introduction to life on the subarctic tundra. Once aboard the specially designed buggy, you’ll venture deep into the Churchill Wildlife Management Area, travelling across wide-open landscapes in search of the region’s most iconic resident – the polar bear. Throughout the day, your guide will keep watch for wildlife and position the buggy for the best possible viewing, giving you the chance to take photos, step onto the outdoor viewing deck, and soak up the breathtaking stillness of the North.
After an incredible day on the tundra, you’ll return to Churchill and have time to warm up and settle in before dinner with your group, where stories, photos, and first impressions are shared. The evening continues with a fascinating cultural presentation by a local trapper or Indigenous community member, offering insight into life in the North, traditional practices, and the deep connection between people, wildlife, and the land.
Day 4 – Dogsledding & Itsanitaq Museum
Your day begins with an exhilarating dog sledding experience led by a local musher. You’ll learn about the tradition of dog sledding in the North, meet the dogs, and feel the thrill as the team pulls you through the crisp subarctic landscape – a true highlight of any Churchill adventure.
After lunch, your journey continues at the Itsanitaq Museum, home to one of the most impressive collections of Inuit artifacts in Canada. From carvings and tools to cultural treasures that span thousands of years, the museum offers a powerful insight into Churchill’s Indigenous heritage and the deep-rooted traditions of the Arctic.
Day 5 – Depart Winnipeg
Today the adventure comes to an end; you may depart Winnipeg at your leisure.

Price is per person, based on two people sharing a double or twin room and includes pre-booked accommodation. Luggage allowance is maximum two pieces of checked luggage per person (up to 70lbs total) and one piece of carry-on per person (max. 15 lbs total). Please note that there is an option to store additional luggage in Winnipeg at no cost.
