An open-design thatch boma gives you an uninterrupted view of the beautiful Masuwe River where you will be given an insightful presentation on the Wild Horizons Elephant Sanctuary and Orphanage. You will have an opportunity to talk to the guides and learn about the elephants as well as their history and how they came to be in the care of the sanctuary.

You will venture out into the bush to spend time with the elephants and witness the special relationship the elephant keepers share with the animals and become a part of it. You will have the opportunity to take photographs and watch them behaving normally; browsing and interacting with one another.

After your elephant encounter, there will be canapes (or breakfast on early morning option) and soft drinks. The afternoon departure includes wine and local beer to enjoy.
