Spend time relaxing in your private plunge pool or enjoying a drink on the deck while admiring the mist from the Victoria Falls on the horizon.
In the late afternoon, take a scenic drive to the edge of the Batoka Gorge, an impressive natural crater that overhangs the Zambezi River where you can enjoy a selection of wines, cocktails and gourmet canapés.

Day 2 – Victoria Falls
Today you are free to do as much or as little as you like. A range of complimentary activities are available including a visit to the Elephant Sanctuary where you can interact with the resident herd, or take a guided tour of the falls with its network of pathways leading to a variety of spectacular vantage points.
The Elephant Camp is a short drive from town so alternatively you can choose to experience some of the activities not included such as a bicycle tour or a heart-stopping high-wire activity.
Enjoy lunch at the Wild Horizons Lookout Café which offers impressive views down the gorge to the famous bridge, before returning to your camp.
Elephant Camp
Day 3 – Zambezi National Park
After an indulgent breakfast, transfer to the Old Drift Lodge, a camp that evokes safaris of a bygone era. Located at a historic river crossing 7km upstream from the Falls, the camp offers luxury tented suites with private plunge pools directly overlooking the Zambezi river.
After check-in, you may return to town to experience any of the inclusive activities, or simply relax on your private deck overlooking the river.
In the late afternoon, venture into the surrounding Zambezi National Park for a game drive to seek out the wide variety of wildlife; look out for elephant, lion, buffalo and leopard not to mention herds of sable antelope, zebra and much more. Alternatively you can take to the water for a guided cruise along the Zambezi River in the lodge’s own boat, keeping an eye out for hippo, crocodiles and other wildlife, before a well deserved sundowner. Later return to camp or enjoy an exclusive bush dinner in the Zambezi National Park.
Old Drift Lodge
Day 4 – Zambezi National Park
Today you may continue to enjoy the wilderness on further game drives, boat trips or even a bush walk. The highlight of the day though will be a 12 minute helicopter flight over the majestic Victoria Falls from where your birds-eye view will afford magnificent vistas of the meandering river dotted with islands before plunging into the canyon and throwing up an intense spray.
Old Drift Lodge
Day 5 – Farewell
If time permits before your flight, enjoy one last excursion into the bush this morning, before you depart for the airport.
