We’ve teamed up with AVIS and Hawk Rent A Car, who have an excellent reputation for quality and value, to bring you a great choice of cars and locations all over Malaysia.
It may be possible for your car to be delivered and collected from your hotel free of charge on rentals of 3 days or more.

Our prices include: Unlimited kilometres, government tax, collision damage waiver (excluding excess), MYR3 million third-party damage, unlimited for third party death or injury.
Prices exclude: Airport and ferry charges, fuel, hotel collection fee (out of office hours), one-way drop off fees (from MYR375), extra drivers (MYR10 per day) and optional extras such as baby and booster seats.
Satellite Navigation: Europcar offers satellite navigation from MYR 32 per day from most locations. Sat Nav must be requested at the time of booking and paid for locally.
Car types are subject to availability, AVIS and Hawk Rent A Car reserve the right to substitute any model with a similar model if necessary.
Terms and Conditions
Driver Qualifications: drivers must be between 23 and 75 years with Hawk Rent a Car or between 23 and 65 years with AVIS and must have held a valid driving licence for at least three years and obtain a (UK issued) International Driving Permit. Extra drivers must be registered at the time of booking.
The Rental: When taking delivery of your vehicle you will be asked to sign the rental company’s own terms and conditions of hire making the rental subject to a direct contract between each driver and the car hire company. A credit card bond will be taken to cover additional costs such as fuel, damage excess, road violations and optional services. Cash and debit cards will not be accepted.
Restrictions: It is not permitted to drive the vehicle into Brunei, Singapore or Thailand for insurance reasons. Minimum one-way rental is 3 days.
Damage & Theft Excess: An excess fee of MYR1908 for Group A and D and MYR3180 for Group G apply to all accidents or theft regardless of fault. In the event of an accident or theft, you must make a police report within 24 hours of the incident.

All prices are per vehicle, based on a minimum of 3 days of hire. A hire day consists of 24hrs and vehicles must be returned within that period, late vehicle drop off will be subject to local payments. Clients will be responsible for full damage costs if the driver is found to have broken the law, under the influence or reckless behaviour.
