On arrival in Hanoi, you will be met and privately transferred to the city for a two night stay at your chosen Hanoi hotel.

Enjoy the next two days at leisure walking through the fascinating maze of streets in old Hanoi. It’s a great way to explore and admire the fine old villas in the French Quarter. Make sure to take a stroll by the tranquil waters of Hoan Kiem Lake in the city centre. All of these experiences can be organised with a private guide.

Day 3 – Halong Bay Cruise

Have a good breakfast before heading off to the coast for a Halong Bay cruise…

Have a good breakfast before heading off to the coast for a Halong Bay cruise where you will spend the night on a traditional Chinese junk boat. During your cruise, you will be able to see the huge limestone rocks which rise up out of the water and give the bay such an unusual appearance. You’ll have time to swim, snorkel or kayak in the tranquil waters before heading back to the boat for sunset and dinner.

Day 4 to 6 – Danang and Hoi An

Wake up early to see the sun rise and listen to the sounds of the waves…

Wake up early to see the sun rise and listen to the sounds of the waves gently lapping. The area is quite mystical in the early mornings as the rocks are often topped by mist and the early start is well worth it. There will be time for swimming or kayaking this morning before brunch and your return to Halong City where you disembark and travel back to Hanoi airport for your flight to Danang.

On arrival in Danang you will be greeted and privately transferred to you chosen Hoi An hotel for the following three nights. Enjoy your time at leisure exploring the charming town of Hoi An, with excellent restaurants, bars and shops. You may also wish to visit the beach where you can relax and catch some sun.

With central locations available, you will have no problem visiting the most famous attractions including Ben Thanh Market, the Opera House, the Hotel de Ville, and Saigon River. Don’t miss the fantastic Notre Dame Cathedral or a visit to Chinatown.

Today you will be starting the Cambodia part of your holiday with a short flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh. You will be met on arrival in Phnom Penh, where a driver will transfer you to your chosen Phnom Penh hotel.

Enjoy your free time to explore the vibrant riverside area, palaces and temples if you choose to do this independently. To gain a greater insight into the Cambodian culture, make sure to visit the Killing Fields on one of our expertly guided tours.

Travel onwards today to your final destination, Siem Reap. On arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your chosen Siem Reap hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure enjoying the hotels facilities or head out into town to grab some final souvenirs.

Whilst in Siem Reap, make sure to visit the famous Temples of Angkor. Your consultant can organise a private tour with an experienced guide, to make sure you get the most out of this historic and important site. You may also wish to take part in a local cooking class learning some of the iconic Cambodian dishes or head to Tonle Sap Lake, the largest in South East Asia.
