Day 1 - Perth
Begin your adventure in the dynamic south west by joining your Travel Director for a tour of the friendly Western Australian capital. Visit Kings Park and explore its delightful Botanic Gardens on the broad expanse of the Swan River. This evening, enjoy the company of your fellow travellers at a Welcome Reception and dinner.

Day 2 - Wave Rock
Journey through the Golden Outback to Hyden. You’ll join a local guide on a tour of Boddington Gold Mine, the site of the largest producer of gold in Australia. Continue to Wave Rock and the small town of Hyden. This magnificent rock formation resembling a gigantic wave, was formed over three million years ago. Then take a short walk to discover Hippo’s Yawn, another fascinating rock formation.

Day 3 - Kalgoorlie
This morning, take an exclusive farm tour with local Sheenagh to learn about station life in the outback. You may spot WA’s famous wildflowers in this region. Pass through the former gold boomtown of Coolgardie and continue to Kalgoorlie, a colourful town whose economy has been driven by gold since 1893. Take an orientation tour of this historic town and drive to the official lookout for spectacular views over the famous Super Pit open-cut gold mine, which is large enough to be seen from space

Day 4 - Esperance
Today, visit Cape Le Grand National Park and discover wild coastal scenery, rugged granite peaks, sweeping headlands and white sand beaches. At stunning Lucky Bay, you may see some of the local kangaroos that like to laze on the pristine beach.

Day 5 - Albany
Travel on through Ravensthorpe and the unique Fitzgerald Biosphere to Bluff Knoll Lookout to witness the rugged beauty of the Stirling Ranges National Park. The National Park is one of the richest areas for flora in the world. Continue to Albany, rich in Anzac history, and settle in to your hotel for the night.

Day 6 - Albany
This morning enjoy free time to explore the historic town. In 1914, 41,000 Australians and New Zealanders left Albany bound for WWI. This afternoon is free for you to visit the National Anzac Centre which opened in 2014 to coincide with the 100th anniversary of the first WWI convoys departing Australia.

Day 7 - Margaret River
Experience the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk this morning and explore the canopy of the majestic Tingle forest. Then travel on to Cape Leeuwin, where the Indian and Great Southern Oceans meet. Explore the grounds of its historic lighthouse and enjoy the spectacular surroundings at this beautifully restored heritage site before departing for Margaret River. Beaches and surf breaks line the nearby coast, whose waters host migratory whales between June and November.

Day 8 - Margaret River
Margaret River is known not only for its fabulous wine but also for its fresh produce and boutique producers. Continue to our hand-picked local winery for wine tastings and lunch prepared using fresh local produce

Day 9 - Fremantle
This morning you might like to take a stroll this morning along the 2 kilometre-long jetty in Busselton, a popular holiday town on the shores of Geographe Bay. Then travel on to Fremantle, where the afternoon is yours to explore. You could visit the colourful Fremantle Markets to purchase local arts and crafts and taste local produce. We recommend taking a wander along the Fremantle foreshore to observe the impressive fishing fleet. Celebrate your exploration of this magical regional of Western Australia this evening at a Farewell Dinner with your Travel Director and new-found friends.

Day 10 - Fremantle
This morning there’s the chance to explore at leisure. You may like to wander along the Fremantle foreshore to view the impressive fishing fleet and perhaps enjoy a refreshing ale at Little Creatures Brewery. You could take an optional experience and ferry across to Rottnest Island to explore at leisure or on a guided bus tour. The turquoise waters of Rottnest Island are something to behold. If boats are not your thing, then why not discover Fremantle on guided walking tour to spot some hidden gems.
