Every year the city comes alive through annual and major sporting events, from the Australian Open to the Grand Prix as well as major national and international cricket fixtures – notably the Ashes penultimate Boxing Day Test where many a series has been decided.
Spend five nights exploring the city and its surroundings. An informative behind-the-scenes tour of the Melbourne Cricket Ground has been included which also includes entry to the interactive and immersive Australian Sports Museum.
In addition, you’ll travel to Phillip Island on a memorable half day experience to watch the local Fairy Penguins waddle ashore on the sands of Summerland Beach. It is a sight to behold!
