Make sure you also take time to visit the Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley.

This afternoon, board the iconic Indian Pacific train in Sydney and begin your westbound journey inland to Adelaide.
Pass through the Blue Mountains, rolling green hills and remote mining towns to Adelaide, with fantastic sightseeing along the way. Your train journey will take you straight into Adelaide, so you can begin exploring the city without wasting anytime at airports.
Day 5 - Adelaide
A picturesque haven of impressive Victorian buildings surrounded by delightful parkland, Adelaide is a wonderful city to explore and has a well earned reputation for fine food and wine. Spend a night exploring Adelaide’s delights, before boarding your luxury river cruise in the morning.
Day 6 to 9 - Murray River Cruise
Step back in time with a journey along the great Murray River on Australia’s largest and most luxurious paddlewheeler. As you cruise through spectacular sandstone gorges, past vineyards and red gum forests, look out for some of the amazing wildlife that inhabits the region. On shore excursions are included as well as all meals on board. After your Murray River Cruise, transfer back to Adelaide for an additional night in the ‘City of Churches’.
