Coco de Mer’s standard rooms are set slightly up the hillside, surrounded by tropical foliage. The open plan design makes the rooms spacious and airy, and the balcony/terrace still offers partial ocean views.

Around 50m², the rooms easily accommodate either a King or queen sized bed with one or two sofa beds. All rooms have air-conditioning, a bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, as well as a flat-screen television and mini fridge.

Superior rooms at the Coco de Mer are oceanfront, just metres from the beach, and the private terrace offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

The rooms are a similar size to the standard rooms, offering a modern and comfortable retreat. The open plan bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub, with views towards the sea.

All the rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Situated on a rocky outcrop above the ocean, the 12 spacious Junior Suites have access to an exclusive swimming pool, bar and terrace. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted in the suites, to create an adults only environment.

The Junior Suites are larger than the other rooms in the Coco de Mer resort (82m²) but offer similar facilities such as air-conditioning, separate bath and shower, flat-screen TV and fridge.

The Coco de Mer has two restaurants and a bar for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

Hibiscus Restaurant: The Hibiscus Restaurant features private outdoor dining decks and an ocean-view terrace, serving buffet breakfasts, evening themed buffets, as well as à la carte options. Live entertainment is offered on selected evenings.

Mango Terrace: Set adjacent to the pool, this canopy-covered restaurant and bar offers casual dining with an a la carte lunch and dinner menu.

The hotel is nestled along several small, tranquil beaches in the bay of Anse Bois de Rose, which you are free to explore. The hotel grounds also offers ample sunbathing areas, expansive sandy terraces, and palm tree-strung hammocks with sun loungers. In addition, hotel guests can also enjoy a complimentary private shuttle service to Anse Lazio, one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, several times a week.

For those seeking an active holiday, the hotel features a gym with stunning ocean views, and complimentary use of stand-up paddleboards and canoes. Snorkeling equipment and bicycles are available for rent, and a giant chessboard with ocean views offers mental stimulation.

Complimentary guided nature walks are offered several times a week, led by a local guide through tropical forests where guests can discover the famous Coco de Mer palm, cinnamon, and cashew trees, and vanilla plants. The walk offers the chance to spot endemic species like the Seychelles Blue Pigeon, Seychelles Bulbul, Seychelles Fruit Bat, or the rare Black Parrot found only on Praslin.

Praslin also hosts several scuba diving centers, providing opportunities to explore the underwater beauty of the Seychelles. Day trips to the charming island of La Digue, neighbouring islands, or deep-sea fishing excursions can be arranged by the hotel for an additional cost.
