Terms and Conditions

On collecting your motorhome, you will be asked to sign the hire company’s own terms and conditions of hire making the rental subject to a direct contract between each driver and the hire company. A credit card bond will be taken to cover additional costs such as fuel and optional services. You must be over 21 and have a full driving licence. Minimum rental 5 days, or 10 days from 20 Dec- 10 Jan. Additional surcharges apply for rentals into or out of Broome ($835) or out of Hobart ($100). For one way rentals under 21 days a $165 fee is payable locally ($280 for Perth, Broome, Darwin and Alice Springs). Up to $50 gas refill fee and a 2% credit card fee are also payable locally. There is a $2 per day charge for each additional driver (max charged $30). Rates include unlimited kilometres.

All prices include insurance subject to up to a $7500 excess for each accident – a bond is payable by credit card on pickup to cover excess charges. This excess, except for damage caused by negligence, loss or damage to personal property or damage to windscreen or tyres, can be reduced to nil at a cost of $44 per day for all 2WD vehicles. Motorhomes may only be driven on sealed roads.

Inclusive Option – camp table and chairs, extra driver fees and excess reduction to nil can be prepaid at a special, all inclusive rate of £32 per day.
