Travel Sales Administrator, Hertford

The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a Travel Sales Administrator, to assist our Travel Consultants in creating tailor made holiday itineraries to destinations around the world.
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. You should have a positive outlook and an ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the management and sales teams in achieving targets
- Managing and distributing sales enquires to staff
- Providing customer service by telephone and email
- Promoting accuracy and attention to detail in all work roles
- Checking booking and confirmation accuracy
- Assisting the Sales Manager with weekly and monthly reporting
- Maintaining sales office resources and environment
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
- Assisting the management team with smooth running of the sales floor
Sales administration experience is an advantage but not essential as full training and support will be given.

The Team
We are a friendly bunch. Many of our team have been with us for over 10 years, meaning there is always experience on hand to help you grow into your role and progress within the company.
During your training programme you’ll have sessions with managers in various departments, to enable you to get to know everyone and give you a thorough understanding of the ethos of the company, how we work and the goals that we are trying to achieve.
