Select a Motorhome
We offer two to six berth motorhomes to rent from Queenstown. All vehicles include:
- Fridge, gas stove and microwave
- Towels and towels
- Onboard shower and shower
- Air-conditioning and heating
- Maps and motorhome park guides
Our team of NZ Specialists can advise on the differences between models and which motorhome would best suit your party. Some vehicles also come with additional features, such as a parking camera and television.
Plan a Route
We recommend allowing yourself 10 to 15 days to tour the South Island by motorhome, to give you time to explore its main attractions and cities, like Milford Sound and Christchurch.
To travel up the West Coast of the South Island, via the Franz Josef Glacier and Abel Tasman National Park, then take the ferry to the North Island and drive to Auckland also takes around 10 to 15 days.
Interislander ferry tickets can be pre-booked before you travel, as well as many New Zealand day tours and experiences, to ensure you don’t arrive somewhere to find it sold out!
All of our Queenstown RV rentals come with unlimited kilometres as standard, allowing you to take as many detours as you like. If you are seeking remote frontiers, why not head down to the South Island’s southernmost tip, where you can take a passenger ferry to Stewart Island for a wild kiwi encounter?
